*Delivery times are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. Please take credit approval, address verification, and order processing into consideration when estimating package delivery time. Pending these factors, all orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

All orders totaling in excess of $125 automatically qualify for free USPS shipping within the United States.

Kelly Grace Brands does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available (yet!).

If you notice any discrepancies with your shipping address or simply want to change it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can cancel your order and enter a new one with the correct and updated info. We highly recommend reviewing your shipping details prior to entering your order as well as reviewing your order confirmation email to ensure all information is accurate before your order ships.

If you received an incorrect item, size, or color, please reach out to us immediately at  customerservice@kellygracebrands.com before returning your order.

Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email address entered at checkout in the shipping confirmation email. You will have the option of signing up for email and text alerts by clicking Track My Package in your shipping confirmation email. Please contact us at the email address above if your tracking information has not updated in over 3 business days.
