Refund Policy

To start a return, please submit your request through our Loop Returns Portal.
Returns must be authorized through this portal before being sent back.

Returns sent without an approved return authorization may not be accepted or processed.


Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

Return requests submitted after the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Be unaltered
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
• Be purchased directly from our website

Returns are accepted within the United States only.

At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Final sale items
• Clearance items
• Gift cards

These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of return shipments and are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.


Condition of Returned Items

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund if returned items show signs of:

• Wear or washing
• Alterations
• Odors (including deodorant, smoke, or perfume)
• Makeup, stains, or damage
• Missing tags or packaging

Items returned in unacceptable condition may be sent back to the customer at their expense.


Refund Deductions

The following charges may be deducted from your refund when applicable:

• Original outbound shipping charges
• The full actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Kelly Grace Brands for orders that qualified for free or discounted shipping
• Non-refundable payment processing fees, which may include credit card transaction fees (up to 5.9% + $0.30 per transaction)

We subsidize shipping costs to offer customers a lower rate at checkout. However, the full outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the full outbound shipping cost will be deducted from any approved return.

For example:
If you paid $9.00 for shipping, the actual cost to ship your order may be $34.72 depending on the destination. Kelly Grace Brands covers the difference at the time of purchase.

If the item is returned, the full $34.72 will be deducted from your refund, not just the amount paid at checkout.

Payment processing fees are assessed at the time of purchase and are not refunded to us by the payment processor. As a result, these fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

All deductions are applied prior to issuing the final refund amount.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Approved claims may qualify for:

• A replacement
• A refund
• Store credit

at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a new item is to:

Place a new order for the desired item


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.

Refunds apply to eligible returned items only.


Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention

To protect our business, we monitor return activity.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or suspend returns or refunds for customers who demonstrate:

• Excessive return patterns
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Violation of our return policy
